Before you email us
My tracking number isn’t showing anything.
Give it 24 to 48 hours. A number is created the moment a label is printed, but it stays blank until the parcel gets its first scan at the depot. If it’s still empty after three days, email us.
I ordered the book and something else. Why did they arrive separately?
Because they ship from different places. The book and any extras can travel apart and arrive days apart, each with its own tracking number. Nothing has gone wrong — the rest is still coming.
It says delivered and it isn’t here.
Check the porch, the side gate and with a neighbour first, and give it 24 hours — carriers sometimes scan early. Still missing after that, email us and we’ll sort it.
Can I change my address?
If it hasn’t shipped yet, usually. Email us straight away with your order number and the correct address. Once it’s with the carrier we can’t redirect it.
