Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

What shipping costs

Free standard shipping on every order. There is no minimum spend and no shipping surcharge at checkout.

How long it takes

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 2 to 4 business days. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes a further 6 to 12 days, so most orders arrive within 8 to 16 days of being placed.

If you are ordering for a specific date, such as move-in week or a birthday, please order early. We would rather you have the book a week ahead than a day late.

Tracking

You will get a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. If you have not seen it, check your spam folder first, then email us.

Delays

Carrier delays, weather and customs can occasionally push delivery beyond the usual window. If your order is running late, email support@ambertonbook.com and we will chase it for you. Your 30-day money-back guarantee does not begin until the book actually arrives.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away and we will correct it as long as the order has not shipped.
